Product Description:
Soft cheese in brine, our highly prized cheese is made for the best craftsmanship in open cheese vat and cheese tank. The cheese tastes fresh, slightly salty and tart, and by increasing age a stronger taste of lipase. May contain lactose

Product options:
The cheese produced in different variations such as block, diced into several variants in which 14 mm cubes are standard. The cheese is sold both as a salad cubes in brine and in oil with spices.

General characteristics

Form: The Cheese is available in several variants in block and cubes.
Apparance: Irregular building surface acceptable
Colour: Whitish to slightly yellowish
Interior: Semi soft and smooth texture easily cut into slices
Paste: At minimum age salty, acidic perhaps, slightly lipase flavor. Increasing age more pronounced flavor of lipase
Flavor & Taste: Milk, salt, lactic cultures, vegetable rennet
