History about the product:

Product history: Traditional white cheese in salt brine is our highly estimated cheese that is produced in open cheese vats and cheese tank according to old traditions for fine cheese making. It is produced in a Turkish variant called “Piknik Ciftlik”, a round cheese of approximate 175g with a even more creamy consistency than the normal salad cheese.

The cheese´s flavor is fresh, slightly salty and tart – as the cheese matures a more strong taste of lipase is experienced. The Piknik Ciftlik is very suitable for barbecue or cut into slices the perfect companion for any salad.
